Nylon 6 DTY dope dyed yarn is produced by direct spinning way through the adding of color master batch in the extruder. The dope dyed color has the much higher dyeing grade of color fastness and more environmental for the world.
Vekstar nylon DTY dope dyed yarns are spinned and texturized by the advanced production lines, mainly Barmag and Yuejian big texturising machines. High crimp, nice softness, skin-friendly, excellent elasticity and dyeing guarantee to enable the yarns works perfectly in the seamless underwear fabric, ribbons, pantyhose and socks production. More than 150 colors are available for customer’s selection, it can also be specially matched as per customer’s color shade.
