Nylon 6 DTY hank dyed yarns is produced by the traditional dyeing way. The nylon DTY yarns will be twisted about 120 TPM and packed by hank way, then put into the dyeing oven for the dyeing process. The hank dyed yarns are easier to match different colors even with small batch quantity. The color is more vivid and bright. The elasticity is very excellent, suitable for the production of soccer socks, sweaters, ribbons and related textile production.
The packing way mainly by paper king cone packing, about 700g/cone, 1kg/cone, or 1.5kg/cone all available as per request.
